11/30/2023 0 Comments Anydesk suspected commercial useI switched to AnyDesk because Team Viewer is a twat for flagging/suspending accounts for suspected commercial use. It's a ball ache, but easy enough to get used to, and I can live with it because I'm not really watching TV, it's just background noise while I work, and I generally only want to watch something 1hr+ in length, or an on-demand channel for several programmes in a row.) (Sometimes I get a Team Viewer nag, but just reopen the connection, close it, and end the connection and it doesn't come back for a few more sessions.) Tap the Win+R keyboard shortcut to open the run box. I can then enter full screen on YouTube, an on demand TV channel, or a movie/concert/TV show from my server, and exit Team Viewer without it all falling over. If you see the ‘Commercial use detected’ message, uninstall and reinstall TeamViewer by following these steps. I open the connection with AnyDesk and log in (if I log in with Team Viewer, then close the connection, it logs the user out of Windows!) then close AnyDesk and open a connection with Team Viewer. I have good news for you: You found a post that sheds some light on the topic in case you are wondering what it is all about. Possibly something about a connection time-out or a suspected commercial usage. You can find your AnyDesk ID on the main window of AnyDesk in the tile 'This Desk'. Hi all, I assume you are reading these lines because of a message you got from your TeamViewer software. If you are a private user, please contact us to get whitelisted. We are happy to continue offering AnyDesk for free to private users that do not use our software for professional purposes. ![]() It worked really well for the last 2 years, then overnight this problem just appeared.įor now I am using a combination of Team Viewer and AnyDesk.
